We are happy to deliver anywhere in Canada, USA and almost anywhere else in the world.

  • Make your selection(s) from our online store. You can pay using a variety of credit or debit cards or by cheque or money order. All our payments are processed through Paypal, which is a third party payment provider, ensuring that all your credit card info is secure and safe.  
  • If none of that works for you just call us at 416-440-1444 and we can personally take your order and/or confirm it by phone Mon to Fri 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.


All our orders are processed through Paypal, Visa or Mastercad providing peace of mind and security. If only part of your order is in stock, we will only charge you for the items we are able to send, as other items arrive we will only charge at the time we ship them.  

We are happy to accept the following payment methods:

  •  Cheque or international money order  

For payment by cheque, we will require the cheque to clear the banking system before we can send out your items. Full terms and conditions apply to all purchases and can be found on our website and on our order form.

We want you to be happy with your new clothes, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any regular priced items for a full refund within 14 days from the day you receive it. Please note that sale items are eligible for exchange or credit note only. All returns require a Return Authorization number.  Please e-mail us for a RA# stating the reason for your return. Once processed, you will be sent a 'confirmation of refund' e-mail confirming the amount credited on your card.

Any return required due to an error on our part, we apologize for. The return shipping cost will be refunded to you provided you send the parcel by Canada Post ground parcel service. Please remember an RA# is still required.

Should you prefer to have an exchange, we will be very happy to do this for you. Simply call 416-440-1444 or e-mail us and we will help you choose the correct size, and make sure you are happy. 

Within the delivery parcel, there will be a return form, addressed to The Petite Alternative. If you wish to return any items you may re-use the delivery parcel for your return, provided it is in a reasonable condition to do so. Then place the return label clearly on the outside of the return box, with the RA# clearly written on the outside of the box, and take it to your nearest post office. When returning, we recommend you obtain and keep the receipt, as should your parcel be lost in transit, you will need to provide this to confirm your return and eligibility for a refund.  

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be unworn, free of perfume, deodorant, stains or pet hair, and in original condition with original tags still attached. We ask that all items returned are neatly folded, to prevent excess wrinkling, and packaged so when we receive the item it is in a resalable state. If, when an item is received back, it is obviously not in it's original condition or has clearly been worn, this item will be returned back to you, without a refund. We are careful to be respectful to our customers through the treatment of the products they buy and hope you will do the same.
