To make purchases on the site, you will be required to supply your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other relevant information. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and confirm that they are valid and correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing address. Customer Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. The Petite Alternative.com offers items for sale that are available for immediate delivery. We also offer the ability to pre-order and pre-pay for items that are not yet received in our store. If you pre-order an item and for any reason it becomes unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Gift Certificates
Can be redeemed for any items on Petite Alternative.com and they do not expire. They are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. The Petite Alternative is not responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Sale Price Adjustment
The Petite Alternative would be happy to offer a sale price adjustment on any item purchased 1 week prior to the commencement of a sale. Please note that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time of your request. Once an item has been purchased at a sale price, no price adjustment will be offered if the item is further marked-down.
